About the Race The Kent Washington Association of REALTORS® (KWAOR) is hosting the KWAOR President’s 5K Charity Run/Walk at Warwick City Park to benefit South County Habitat for Humanity and the RP4. This community event will bring together REALTORS®, local businesses, and residents to promote wellness while raising funds in support of affordable housing initiatives and services for individuals.
