Your information and race alerts

WhichRace uses the email address and race preferences you provide to send the alerts you request. We ask you to confirm your email before activating a subscription.

We store your selected town or approximate coordinates, travel radius, race lengths, race types, delivery frequency, confirmation and consent dates. Current-location coordinates are rounded to three decimal places; we do not keep a location history.

Cloudflare hosts the application and database and delivers the emails. We record which races were included in each alert to avoid repeating them. We do not use these alert addresses for unrelated marketing or sell them.

Every roundup includes links to change preferences or stop that alert. Unsubscribing stops delivery immediately for that alert. We retain the inactive preference record and delivery history so retries and older links cannot silently restart it. Restarting requires another email confirmation.

Keep preference links private: anyone with a link can manage that alert. For questions or deletion requests, contact the site operator at hello@whichrace.com.
